System Analyst: Elicit reqs, create user stories, test deliverables. Manage key project mgt processes. Lead Agile team. Execute upgrades to ensure hardware & software components remain supported. Work primarily in JIRA, Kanban, Confluence, Gherkin, FTP Pro, SharePoint, SAP.
