Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate order processing, including order entry, invoicing, and shipment tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in account coordination or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
